Reminder……….

The mosquitoes are out in full force! Your horses should get their shots now if they have not received them yet. The incidence of Sleeping Sickness has increased significantly nationwide. Make sure your horses are vaccinated for all three of the mosquito born diseases—Equine Eastern Encephalitis (EEE), Equine Western Encephalitis (WEE), and West Nile Virus. (There is a Venzelalian Encephalitis, but we do not have that in Minn. as of yet.) Also, don’t forget fecal checks and deworming. “Equimax” is the wormer we recommend for this time of year.
