Messages from the Valley Vet Office.....
*On March 1, 2007, we will be adding basic small animal services to our practice. We will also be carrying the Ivet brand pet food, Frontline flea & tick prevention, and Iverhart Max heartworm prevention. Please call or e-mail us with questions!!
*UP AND COMING! We have some exciting news to share! We are currently in the process of remodeling the back portion of our current location into a large animal hospital! This will enable us to care for some of the cases that we currently need to refer to another hospital. Certain procedures will be safer and healthier for your animal in our facility. We will also be able to make many of our procedures more cost effective for the clients (breeding packages, radiographs, surgeries, etc.) We are working to provide the best care for your animals and make it the most convenient for you. We are looking at a completion date of sometime this summer! More details to come!
*WATCH FOR NEW FACES! Coming soon! We are very excited because we hired two new staff members! Jayme Zielsdorf is a technician that will be starting in March; and, Jessica Schuster is a veterinarian that will be starting in May. They are both bringing their expertise and enthusiasm for our clients and practice. Please welcome the new faces to our team and community!
* Please call between 8:00 a.m., and 5:00 p.m., to schedule appointments.
* Please call the office phone at 507.665.2371. All after-hours phone calls will be automatically diverted to the cell phone. Emergency Services are available 24 hours. Please make sure to leave your name and number if you leave a message.
* For your convenience, starting on January 3, 2007, Laurie will be going full-time! Our new OFFICE HOURS will be Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm. Our working hours will stay the same! Mon.-Tues. 8 am- 5 pm, Wed. 8 am - 7 pm., Thurs.- Fri. 8 am - 5 p.m.
* If you choose to pay the same day of service for country calls, you will get a discount! Cash or check payments receive a 5% discount, and Visa or Mastercard payments receive a 2% discount. |
